What does the e-Ledger cost consist of?
The total e-Ledger cost is not a single figure but the sum of three items. Without separating them, it is hard to answer "how much is e-Ledger" correctly. Let us open the items one by one.
The first is the software or integration fee. Producing an e-Ledger requires GİB-compliant software. GİB's portal does not create the ledgers; it only uploads signed files and downloads berats. So this item varies with your transaction volume, and it is the one you plan for.
The second is the financial seal cost. For legal entities the financial seal is mandatory and is obtained under the TÜBİTAK Public Certification Center tariff. Real persons usually make do with the electronic signature they already hold and do not need to obtain a seal separately.
The third, and the most overlooked, is the time and penalty risk. The hours spent in a manual process and the penalty from a late berat are often larger than the software fee. Often much larger. Calculate the cost not by the label alone, but by considering these three items together.
What are the e-Defter PRO package prices for 2026?
e-Defter PRO prices come in seven packages by the page capacity you will process. All prices include VAT and are set annually. The table below shows the current packages. Package choice is based on the total number of record lines within the e-Ledger scope. The page is the unit that measures those lines.

Which package should I choose?
The right package depends on the annual total number of record lines within your e-Ledger scope. For a business with few taxpayers or low transaction volume, the entry packages are enough. Accounting offices serving many taxpayers are more comfortable in the office package and above.
Our field observation is this: most small and medium businesses find the balance in the Professional package, which is why it is the most chosen. If you exceed your capacity, you do not have to move up a tier right away. Add an extra package to close the current period. Then move up at renewal. No forced jump. How much is the financial seal?
The financial seal is a separate item from the software and is set by the TÜBİTAK Public Certification Center tariff. For legal entities the financial seal is mandatory and is renewed at certain intervals. Since the current amount changes from time to time, we recommend confirming the exact figure directly through the Public Certification Center.
For real persons the situation is more flexible. A real-person taxpayer who holds a qualified electronic signature can sign their e-Ledger with it and may not need to obtain a financial seal separately. Which is the most expensive e-Ledger?
The most expensive e-Ledger is the one that gets a penalty. Not the license fee. The penalty. We repeat this in the field often, because taxpayers judge the cost by the software label alone. Yet the real risk is the administrative penalty from a berat that is not uploaded on time or is produced with errors.
Let us give an example. While the annual software package is a few thousand lira, the penalty for a late berat can reach multiples of that.
