If you can't find your program in the list

This list does not cover every accounting and ERP software. Not finding your program here does not mean it is incompatible — in almost every case there is a way to integrate. Please check with us before deciding or taking any action.

How It Works

1

Tell us your software

Fill in the form below — the program name and its version, if any, is enough.

2

Compatibility check

Our technical team reviews the program's export capabilities and determines the transfer method required.

3

Setup and first submission

Once compatibility is confirmed we handle setup free of charge and stay with you through your first ledger submission.

How do we work with every accounting and ERP program?

e-Ledger is a common standard defined by the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB). What matters to us is not your program's brand but the journal entries it produces: we convert those records into that standard. The whole chain is program-independent — all it takes is being able to export your journal entries.

Your data can reach us in four ways

Reading directly from the database (ODBC / SQL)

The e-Defter PRO Client connects to your accounting software's database read-only and pulls journal entries directly. You don't need to export files by hand, and no write operation is ever performed on your data.

Automatic watching of the exported file

If your program writes its export file to a folder, the Client watches that folder and picks the file up itself. You don't repeat the same work every period.

The program's own API or plugin

If your accounting software offers an integration interface, we establish the connection directly over it.

Manual upload from the panel

Where the Client cannot be installed, you upload the file exported from your program directly to the e-Defter PRO panel. No separate converter or middleware is needed.

Accepted file formats

  • XML
  • CSV
  • TXT
  • Excel (.xls / .xlsx)

If your program can export to any of these formats, or keeps its data in a SQL database, it can work with e-Defter PRO. In practice almost every accounting and ERP package on the market meets at least one of these conditions.

What happens once the data arrives?

  1. 1

    XBRL-GL conversion

Your journal and general ledger files are produced as XML conforming to the XBRL-GL taxonomy, the GİB e-Ledger standard. The source program's own format stops mattering at this point.

  2. 2

    Schematron validation

Files are validated against GİB's Schematron rules BEFORE submission. This step is critical: once the certificate is submitted the accounting records for that period can no longer be changed, so errors cannot be fixed afterwards.

  3. 3

    Signing

Legal entities sign with a financial seal, individuals with a qualified electronic signature. Where neither can be obtained, the process continues uninterrupted with a letter of consent.

  4. 4

    Certificate and GİB submission

Your certificates are generated in XBRL GL/TR format and submitted to GİB. The Journal Ledger XML submission, mandatory since January 2025, is handled in the same flow.

  5. 5

    Bulk and multi-taxpayer submission

Ledger and certificate operations for multiple taxpayers run from a single screen, in bulk. Accountant portfolios don't need separate effort per taxpayer.

  6. 6

    Archiving

After submission you download your files as XML and PDF and keep them, for the statutory retention period, on ISO 27001 certified redundant cloud infrastructure.

You don't have to change your program. You keep working with your existing accounting or ERP software; the e-Ledger layer sits on top of it.

Frequently Asked Questions

My software isn't listed — can I still use it?

Most likely yes. The list only shows the programs we encounter most often; compatibility depends on the program's ability to export journal entries, not on its brand. Fill in the form and we'll confirm.

Is the compatibility check paid?

No. Both the compatibility check and the setup are free of charge.

We use an in-house accounting program — does that work?

In most cases yes. What matters is whether you can export your journal entries. Our team reviews your program's export capabilities, determines a suitable transfer method and reports the result to you.

How quickly will I hear back?

Our team contacts you shortly after you send the form; we report the compatibility result and the steps to follow within 1 business day at the latest.
