What Is a Financial Seal? Difference from e-Signature

A financial seal is an electronic approval tool exclusive to legal entities (companies). Issued by TÜBİTAK-BİLGEM Public Certification Center, the financial seal certificate is used for digitally signing documents in e-Ledger, e-Invoice and other GİB applications.

How to Obtain a Financial Seal

  1. Apply to TÜBİTAK authorized dealers
  2. Prepare documents: Company authorization, signature circular, trade registry gazette
  3. Identity verification: Authorized person must apply in person
  4. Receive USB token or HSM device
  5. Activate and start using
