What Is a Financial Seal? Difference from e-Signature
A financial seal is an electronic approval tool exclusive to legal entities (companies). Issued by TÜBİTAK-BİLGEM Public Certification Center, the financial seal certificate is used for digitally signing documents in e-Ledger, e-Invoice and other GİB applications.

How to Obtain a Financial Seal
- Apply to TÜBİTAK authorized dealers
- Prepare documents: Company authorization, signature circular, trade registry gazette
- Identity verification: Authorized person must apply in person
- Receive USB token or HSM device
- Activate and start using
