The first step is to apply for the e-Ledger application through the Revenue Administration (GİB) Interactive Tax Office (İVD) or Digital Tax Office (DVD). During the application, Ünlem Bilişim - ProConnect is selected as the compatible software. ProConnect is selected in the 'Compatible Software Selection' section. Application approval is typically completed within the same day and your e-Ledger taxpayer registration becomes active.

Register on the e-Defter PRO panel and select the package that matches your business's annual recording volume. Each page has a capacity of 60 rows, and packages are used on a TIN basis. Account creation and package purchase are completed within minutes. All prices include VAT and your package is activated immediately after payment.

Download the e-Defter PRO Client application to your computer and start the installation. The connection with your accounting software is automatically established during setup. The client supports data transfer from Zirve, GMS.NET, Luca, Logo and all software on the market. Connection settings are configured once and run automatically in subsequent periods.

Start the period creation process on the e-Defter PRO Portal. Journal and general ledgers are automatically generated in GİB-compliant format using the journal entries transferred from your accounting software. Schematron validation is performed, potential errors are detected and correction suggestions are provided. The signing process is completed with a seal, e-Signature or power of attorney.

Securely submit the signed certificates to the GİB portal. After submission, download your e-Ledger files in XML and PDF format. Archive your GİB-approved certificates for the legal retention period.
